Our Manila based Architecture and Planning team needs an experienced Senior Architect to join the team and help to provide proactive design support to the UAE team.

We are looking for Senior Architect/BIM Coordinator with good design skills, strong technical detailing skills and BIM capabilities who will own the design from inception through to completion of project.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design. Collaborate closely, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies.
• Proactively checks and coordinates project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.) and ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards.
• Implementing SID “Safety in Design” principals throughout the design process and ensuring ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Structure throughout projects.
• Mentors and advises the work of less experienced staff, participates in professional development reviews and “Lessons Learned” sessions.
• Providing design/modelling/drafting tasks to junior staff to work from.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Manage the preparation of technical deliverables in the form of Building Information Models, from sketches or from design information according to established standards and procedures.
• Responsible for implementation of good BIM practices and culture throughout the UAE Operating Centre
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years experience working on medium to large-scale projects
• Extensive experience from concept through to construction, across a range of project types including residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education and high-rise developments. Previous site experience would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Revit, 3D rendering software utilizing a Revit or Sketchup is a requirement,
• Middle East experience and working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region.
• High work performance and excellent communication skills.
  
  

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or in our office in Cebu, depending on your home base/location.
