By joining us as a Senior Analyst, Procurement, you will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of data systems, analysis, and reporting that provide the strategic framework to support the Strategic Supply Chain Group, which enables supply chain execution and business reporting.

In this capacity, you are expected to reduce inventory through lead time reduction, supplier performance improvement, and internal management of material. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To gather and analyze report requirements from stakeholders and provide improvements and recommendations based on requests.
• To evaluate the impact of requests and customize reports aligned with customer requirements.
• To resolve invoices by identifying discrepancies, correcting errors, and adjusting the amount to pay based on pre-defined rules and within reasonable turn-around time, or the service level agreement.
• To communicate to the global counterparts any invoicing or audit pay issues encountered in day-to-day audit pay activities.
• To work closely with stakeholders to identify problem areas, loopholes, process gaps, and opportunities.
• To update and maintain category, charge account, terms, pricing, and dates in the database on time to ensure cross-reference information, parts notes files, purchase order files, and vendor kits as necessary.
• To handle the parameter set-up and execution of an e-Sourcing event and conduct e-Sourcing training for suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering or Management-related courses.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain & Operations, Data Analytics, and Project Management.
• In-depth understanding of Supply Chain systems, tools, and applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain functions, concepts, and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence, tools, and Analytics concepts.
