In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To gather and analyze report requirements from stakeholders and provide improvements and recommendations based on requests.
- To evaluate the impact of requests and customize reports aligned with customer requirements.
- To resolve invoices by identifying discrepancies, correcting errors, and adjusting the amount to pay based on pre-defined rules and within reasonable turn-around time, or the service level agreement.
- To communicate to the global counterparts any invoicing or audit pay issues encountered in day-to-day audit pay activities.
- To work closely with stakeholders to identify problem areas, loopholes, process gaps, and opportunities.
- To update and maintain category, charge account, terms, pricing, and dates in the database on time to ensure cross-reference information, parts notes files, purchase order files, and vendor kits as necessary.
- To handle the parameter set-up and execution of an e-Sourcing event and conduct e-Sourcing training for suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering or Management-related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain & Operations, Data Analytics, and Project Management.
- In-depth understanding of Supply Chain systems, tools, and applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain functions, concepts, and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence, tools, and Analytics concepts.
