We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Online Proctors. As an Online Proctor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of online exams.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent service to test takers throughout their exam experience, from entry to submission.
- Monitor test takers to ensure compliance with exam rules and guidelines.
- Maintain high service levels and ensure a smooth testing process for all candidates.
Educational Requirement:
- College Graduate (any 4-year course) or College Level
Common Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work on an erratic schedule, including night shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the BPO industry is preferred but not required
