Senior Analyst – Management Accounting

Are you a finance pro who thrives on clean numbers, meaningful insights, and smooth closes? Tribal is hiring a Senior Analyst – Management Accounting to support our global operations as we scale our EdTech business. You’ll work alongside our Finance and Business Partnering teams to deliver high-quality reporting, analysis, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations during close
• Analyze P&L variances and explain movements across periods
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Support tax/audit requirements and collaborate with cross-regional teams
• Suggest improvements in processes and reporting accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years in management accounting, ideally in a shared service setup
• Solid Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics a bonus)
• Ability to work with detail under pressure and meet deadlines
