What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Proven work experience as a Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Account Manager, or relevant role
- Industry experience in IT&T such as Managed Service Providers
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Current Sales Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper or other vendor
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients and internal teams to maintain and
- Schedule and run regular customer meetings as required with agenda, minutes
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Report on the status of accounts through Salesforce CRM software
