- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for clients throughout their resume-writing engagement.
- Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and deadlines between clients and writers.
- Assist clients with onboarding, forms, questionnaires, and document submissions.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Organize, track, and maintain client files, drafts, and final documents.
- Ensure writers receive all required information and materials before project start.
- Proofread, format, and prepare documents for delivery using company templates and quality standards.
- Update internal systems with project status and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and internal team communications.
- Support project prioritization and workflow optimization for resume writers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, packages, and processes.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and client agreement documentation (if applicable).
- Review deliverables for accuracy, grammar, alignment with client goals, and branding consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve templates, processes, and client workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Strong administrative or executive assistant background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong proofreading and formatting abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and cloud-based file management.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Experience in resume writing, HR, recruiting, or professional services.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) standards.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn platform and professional branding.
