This is just for a project-based position until the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and grow relationships with clients
- Lead / participate in senior client meetings and attend regular client status meetings as appropriate
- Be heavily involved in driving the development and expansion of their projects
- Be perceived as an indispensable partner to their clients
Overall Strategy
- Implement APAC and global focused strategies to improve performance and ROI of campaigns, platforms, and/or other forms of output delivered for clients.
- Support clients by leading and providing strategic direction to internal/external support teams to ensure output is of the highest quality and is delivered effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams and client contacts in each market to ensure total satisfaction
- Convincingly present, communicate, and sell strategies drawn up by Greenpark to clients
Account Growth
- Pro-actively identify and pitch potential upsell opportunities for additional services (based on Greenpark’s 3 key pillars of expertise – SEO, Content and Tech) to new and existing brands and/or markets
- Be an evangelist of Greenpark’s brand purpose and its core expertise to potential and existing clients.
