Seller/Account Management Intern, FMCG Beauty (Philippines) - 2025 Start

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assisting the team in the BAU ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
• Managing sellers accounts: Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks.
• Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Other admin-related work and troubleshooting
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week
• An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
• Quick learner, agile and creative.
• Knowledge in e-commerce is a plus or at least a buyer.
