The primary role is to support various operational functions including customer enrollment, billing validation, reporting, and claims monitoring. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports product rollouts, process documentation, and interdepartmental coordination. The position may also be assigned small-scale projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in product rollout, pilot preparation, sales management and back-office activities.
- Create, maintain, and validate operational reports related to Value Added Services (VAS) products and services.
- Ensure all product documentation and process maps are current and properly aligned across departments.
- Manage customer enrollment processes with service providers through reporting and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on claims performance to ensure timely release and processing by service providers.
- Validate billing statements, invoices, and other payment-related transactions.
- Coordinate with Finance and service providers to ensure accurate and timely settlements.
- Cooperate with internal teams to resolve process gaps and improve operational workflows.
- Document and standardize operational procedures for VAS-related activities.
- Support small-scale projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency or service delivery.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in insurance, product or business development
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
- High analytical skills; ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
- Experience in project management and process improvement
