Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating short video format educational video and video content for the Seller Academy, covering areas such as e-commerce operations, livestream strategies, and product operation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve the quality and practicality of educational content, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of merchants.
  • Manage and engage the merchant community. Initiate discussions, events, and challenges to enhance community participation and cohesion.
  • Produce and publish videos that resonate with merchants' needs, such as short tutorials, case studies, and industry insights, to enrich the learning experience and engagement of merchants.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant field, content creation, community management or seller education.
  • Basic skills in content creation and video editing, capable of independently producing educational videos.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, effectively working with different teams to drive innovation and optimization in educational content.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Familiar with the e-commerce industry, able to accurately understand and convey key educational content for merchants.
  • Excellent communication and community management skills, able to inspire and maintain active engagement within the community.
