Job Responsibilities

  • Supports & assists the Assistant Operations Manager, Security so that a safe, secure and comfortable environment is maintained within the environs of the Hotel and Retail premises at NUSTAR Resort Cebu . Responsible for ensuring that a high level of service and effective support is provided.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager and the Assistant Operations Manager, Security to lead teams and to allocate responsibilities and to monitor the performance of employees.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of positive relationships with Hotel and Retail Departments and Customers
  • Monitor customer service of employees and coach employees where necessary to enhance customer service quality.
  • Plan and carry out workplace administration, complete weekly reports and functions associated with the operations of department.
  • Coordinate emergency situations if the Operations Manager and the Assistant Operations Manager, Security are not present.
  • To coordinate routine inspections and maintenance of emergency equipment and undertake workplace fire prevention & safety.
  • Manage incidents in a discreet and confidential manner appropriate to the situation and to maintain a professional image.
  • Monitor all security procedures under the direction of Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, Security.
  • To monitor lost property and preserve crime scenes.
  • As required, perform role of Assistant Operations Manager and or Operations Manager, Security.
  • As required perform the functions of a Senior Security Ambassadors.
  • Recommend and/or execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Casino Security experience as a supervisor or in an Acting Supervisor role.
  • College level.
  • Displays a high commitment to delivering and improving customer service.
