As the Security Operations Senior Associate, primary responsibility is to ensure the security of the organization's physical access control and CCTV systems. This includes: Identifying and assessing risks to access control and CCTV systems, auditing access control and CCTV systems to ensure that they are operating properly and that security policies and procedures are being followed, and reporting on access control and CCTV findings and recommendations to management.

Position Responsibilities

  • Implement a system to detect configuration errors early.
  • Establish a consistent and ongoing process for reviewing all deployments and changes.
  • Develop and implement standardized physical security audit procedures.
  • Ensure that documentation and security system configuration are always aligned.
  • Provide oversight and ownership to ensure that all documentation and system configuration are consistent.
  • Collaborate with other teams on programs such as alarm standardization and asset tagging.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good command of the English language (Verbal & Written)
  • Good to strong analytical and written & oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
  • 2-4 Years Experience in a Security, Safety, Investigative Field
  • At least 3 Years Experience Operating CCTV Hardware - With Exposure to Security Software Tools and Video Monitoring
