We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Analyst II to support our Aloria Security Investigations team. This role involves close collaboration with internal partners across various regions to gather critical documentation, facilitate communication, review, and maintain accurate case records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, analytical skills, and a passion for supporting security and compliance efforts.

- Investigation Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally to collect essential documentation related to security investigations, including background information, remediation plans, and corrective actions. Ensure all case files are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communication Facilitation: Provide daily operational support to investigators by initiating and managing communications with internal teams. Draft and send emails, coordinate responses, and ensure smooth information flow throughout the investigation process.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain investigation-related documents in a structured and accessible format. Ensure all files are properly categorized and stored in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to monitor the status of ongoing investigations. Track aging cases, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular updates on case volume and resolution timelines.
- Presentation Development: Create clear and concise presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing investigation metrics, trends, and key findings to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent in relevant work experience. – Required
- Minimum Years of Experience - Less than 2 yrs
- Preferred Years of Experience - 2 – 3 yrs
- Preferred Accounting degree.
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional team environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
