Job Summary
- Coordinates plans/strategies to achieve acceptable overdue resolutions/ratios in Real Estate and other assigned portfolio and to prevent deterioration to NPL and probable loss.
- Manages and directs the over-all collection activities of the unit/section.
- Coordinates plans/strategies to achieve acceptable overdue resolutions/ratios in Real Estate and other assigned portfolio and to prevent deterioration to NPL and probable loss.
- Contributes to the attainment of the Bank’s risk-management objectives.
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business course.
- Should have a strong knowledge of collection, processes, credit, operations and consumer lending.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in credit and collection function in supervisory capacity, preferably in a retail financing company.
- Exemplary supervisory and scientific skills; highly analytical, organized; people and results-oriented
- Computer literate and expert in report preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace especially in Excel, Sheets and PowerPoint.
