Responsibilities
Credit Analysis :
- Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness
- Review credit limits and make recommendations for adjustments
- Monitor credit risk and proactively identify potential issues
- Create and maintain credit reports and records
- Develop and implement collection strategies
- Contact customers to resolve past due accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Maintain accurate and up to date collection notes and records
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
- Escalate complex disputes to appropriate management
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Streamline credit and collections processes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve overall credit and collections operations
- Generate and analyze credit and collections reports
- Identify trends and provide insights to management
- Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Oversee and mentor junior credit and collections analysts
- Assign and prioritize tasks to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing team members
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
- Stay current on credit and collections industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with team members.

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Advanced Financial Analysis experience in evaluating complex credit situations and proposing solutions.
- Ability to Identify potential credit risks and mitigating strategies.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align documentation processes with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
