Job Summary
- Primarily responsible for identifying, assessing, and tracking potential risks that could impact on the organization’s operations, financial stability, or reputation.
- Monitor Mastercard/ Scheme bulletins compliance and implementation for RCBC potential risks.
- Collect relevant data from various schemes for risk analysis.
- Prepare regular risk reports and meetings for management and stakeholders. Document risk incidents, mitigation efforts, and follow-up actions. Keep records up-to-date and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor risk indicators and key risk metrics daily. Track the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures. Alert relevant teams about significant risk developments.
- Work with departments to implement risk control measures. Assist in the development of risk management policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal auditors and compliance teams.
- Graduate of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or higher in fields such as Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Risk Professional (CRP)) are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or related roles. Experience with specific risk types relevant to your industry (e.g., credit risk, market risk, operational risk, cybersecurity risk). Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulations (e.g., COSO, Basel, ISO 31000).
