Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or any related course
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, handling the sauce line in a supervisory role
- Ability to supervise a team of production personnel on rotating shifts
- Strong understanding of Food Quality Systems
- Flexible with shifts and willing to render overtime as needed
- Proficient in driving (with a valid driver’s license preferred)
- Computer proficient (MS Applications)
