Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in defining requirements and designing applications to effectively meet business process and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and technical standards, while actively participating in team discussions and decision-making processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application designs. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Integration Cloud (Mulesoft). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in integrating various systems and applications using Mulesoft. - Proficient in API design and development. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Integration Cloud (Mulesoft). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
