We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation and optimization of our Salesforce CRM and Conga CPQ and CLM platforms. You will work closely with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that drive business value. This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with product owners or business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to Salesforce CRM, Conga CPQ, and Conga CLM
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for configuration and development
- Participate in the design and configuration of Salesforce and Conga solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
- Review system specifications and user stories to ensure understanding of the changes or project
- Play a key role in business acceptance testing (BAT), including coordinating testing efforts with business users, documenting test results, and facilitating issue resolution
- Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing
- Support Conga Product Catalog management by independently managing requests to create and configure new products or update existing products
- Conduct stakeholder demos to showcase implemented solutions and gather feedback
- Collaborate with change management team to assist in the creation of training materials and provide end-user support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce and Conga environments
- Actively participate in agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress
- Assist with data migration and data quality initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with SalesForce.com
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Sales & Service
- Ability to problem solve and perform detailed investigation of issues
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple critical projects with high attention to detail
- Ability to remain patient and courteous when fielding user complaints and system issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work within US (ET) hours
- Familiarity with Apttus frameworks and regression testing
- Experience with additional Salesforce products and Apttus CPQ or CLM
