JOB DETAILS

  • Administration, day-to-day operations, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in production environments and provide timely recommendation to resolve.
  • Lead POC initiatives related to new Salesforce features and product offerings.
  • Lead adoption of Salesforce in Maya.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments.
  • Write detailed technical documentation.
  • Up to date understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and upcoming releases changes.
  • Define and promote Salesforce best practices, standards, and guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce as Admin / Developer / or Consultant.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform including: Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Other Salesforce Clouds such as Data, Marketing, Financial Services, Revenue, etc will be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts: Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Customer Service
  • Experience integrating AppExchange products with business processes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce to other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD (Git, Copado) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin and Advance Admin.
  • Other certifications will be a plus.
