- Strong knowledge of Workday modules and functionalities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in test management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with automation testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Certification in Workday or related technologies.
