Sales/ Telemarketing (Telecommute) representative

Job Title: Sales/Telemarketing Position (Base Salary + Commission) - B2B Sales

Job Description: We are hiring a Telemarketing Caller for a B2B sales role. Candidates must be fluent in English with minimal or no accent. This is a remote position working from home between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles, CA), which corresponds to 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the Philippines.

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission
• Pay: Php 225.00 - Php 335.00 per hour
• Supplemental pay: Anniversary bonus, commission pay
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses to establish partnerships.
• Professionally and personably engage with potential partners.
• Draft, edit, and send contracts daily.
• Research and gather leads using provided tools.
• Investigate potential partners before formalizing business agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on assigned tasks.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in B2B sales (1 year preferred).
• Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST without interruptions (no power outages, internet issues, or background noise).
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven with a personable, professional attitude.
• Proficient with computers, typing at least 50 WPM.
• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable with calling and emailing in professional English.
• Self-motivated and eager to build a long-term career.
