Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Work closely with the legal team to handover accepted proposals and assist in an accurate contracting process that captures the offers in proposals accurately with all dependencies and assumptions documented.

Regularly review the CRM to ensure data accuracy.

Assist the sales support manager with marketing documents and plans.

Obtain pricing quotes (Backhaul & Security) from suppliers or stakeholders to support business requirements.

Requirements & Beneficial Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT or related field

High level of spoken and written English

Experience in similar role (Managing ICT sales, client relationships, identifying prospects)

Ability & experience in investigating lead information from multiple sources to determine the decision maker or influencer.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and other productivity tools.

Experience with cloud-based CRM software such as HubSpot

Construction and/or development industry experience.

Work within a high performing sales team supporting demanding business development professionals.

Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM (HubSpot) with development leads for telco infrastructure deployment across Australia, based on state-specific criteria set by the sales team and leadership.

Regularly update CRM with new information on existing leads, ensuring data integrity across the Business Development Pipeline and sales reporting.

Enter and manage qualified leads in the CRM, including immediate updates after completing tasks or actions.

Research potential leads using various databases and resources (e.g., council websites, BCI, Estimate One).

Contact prospects to qualify leads and identify opportunities with existing or prospective clients.

Maintain and organise lead generation resources, including lists of opportunities and potential customers.

Assist the Sales Support Manager with proposals, tender responses, PowerPoint slides, excel pricing models, proposal prices, proposal commercial terms and assumptions, assessing prospective customer needs, and providing details of relevant offerings.

Maintain and improve sales templates and processes to streamline support for Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Support BDMs with booking meetings, establishing initial client contacts, and nurturing relationships.

Source and maintain information about competitors, market conditions, and potential partners.

Review developer publications and development databases to identify new leads and trends.

Liaise with state managers to ensure regular evaluation and follow-up on leads.
