Sales Support Analyst

The Sales Support Analyst plays a vital role in empowering our internal sales team and field partners to drive business growth. This role combines business support and operational execution to ensure seamless experience for our clients and internal partners. This role provides case-level support, plan onboarding, and reporting, and will collaborate cross-functionally.
What you will do
Sales and Partner Support
- Serve as sales support for internal sales representatives, offering tactical support throughout the sales process.
- Provide day-to-day case-level service, including Price quoting, opportunity tracking (through the use of Sales Force) and sales prospecting report creation.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate plan onboarding and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
- Partner closely with underwriting and implementation teams to ensure smooth execution of plan needs.
- Complete case assignments through processing proposals and paperwork, ensuring excellence in data management and communicating between internal departments using Sales Force and ownership of tasks.
- Produce plan pricing and plan research
- Partners with ISD and RSD teams to begin, and see through to completion, the New Client Application (NCA or WRAP) process.
- Involves direct communication with ISD and RSD to review and collect required documents, ensuring completeness for providing to Implementation in good working order.
- Facilitate communication between Implementation, ISD, and RSD to address any questions/changes to ensure new plans are moving through the implementation process efficiently.
- Completion of Salesforce documentation with minimal errors
- Partners with Core Sales to send and obtain DocuSign signatures for confirmation of sale
- Participate in special projects related to internal sales campaigns
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales support, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, client service, or operations capacity—preferably in financial services or retirement solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English
