Sales Support Associate (Entry level)
DAYSHIFT | Fulltime | Makati (Hybrid)

You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What you'll be working on:
- Liaise with customers on live chat and inbound calls for pre-sales enquiries, including the recommendation of products, providing quotations, and taking orders
- Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs
- Provide assistance to senior project managers for the preparation, compilation and presentation of larger commercial fit-out projects
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in a fast-paced sales / customer service environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Shopify
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Experience working with international clients is a plus!
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team
