Job Purpose and Role



A Client Acquisition Specialist provides leadership to the sales team. Help the marketing or sales department develop leads for potential new accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth. You will leverage your skills in sales, relationship-building, and market analysis to expand our client base and enhance our brand presence

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, social media, and industry event
  • s.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solution
  • s.Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new client
  • s.Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for client acquisitio
  • n.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective client
  • s.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics and client acquisition goals to ensure targets are me
  • t.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and retentio
  • n.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to inform service improvements and enhance client experienc

e.Qualification

  • s:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fiel
  • d.Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business developmen
  • t.Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • s.Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
  • m.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suit
  • e.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitie
  • s.Results-oriented with a passion for achieving target
  • s.Have worked with a remote staffing company or any related in the past and bring industry best practices and strategi
