As a Digital marketing specialist, you would be responsible for delivering stronger strategic branding, website traffic growth, and lead-generation capabilities through blogs, emails, social media, and other relevant digital channels.

Hours: Eastern Time Zone 8-4

Salary Range: 1.000-1.300 (monthly)

Duties And Responsibilities

  • In partnership with key marketing & recruiting team members, support the creation, execution, and management of the Health Carousel Nursing & Allied content calendar
  • Contribute to building brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online
  • Contribute to social media measurement plan, developing reports, learning/insights, and making recommendations on channel optimizations, future channel opportunities, etc.
  • Create content and social media strategies and execution for Health Carousel (Nursing & Allied, Enterprise, and/or Passport USA)
  • Contribute to content creation, distribution, and amplification, including emails, webinars, videos, testimonials, blogs, etc., to support recruitment efforts
  • Create and optimize emails that convert; identify creative subject lines and copy that increase open rates and clicks
  • Create and optimize content for search engine optimization purposes so that our website continues to rank for competitive terms
  • Compliment written content pieces with visual banners, images, etc., by utilizing tools such as Canva and or commissioning work requests through third-party vendors
  • Contribute to search engine optimization measurement plan, developing reports, learning/insights, and making recommendations on channel optimizations, future channel opportunities, etc.
  • Publish multimedia content through various digital channels such as email (HubSpot), social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), blog, website, and more

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of content marketing experience or relevant work experience is required
  • Experience in healthcare or staffing is preferred
  • Demonstrated strategic vision and planning capabilities, as well as strong execution and project management capabilities across common marketing platforms, are preferred
  • Computer literate, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CRM, marketing automation, email marketing (Hubspot), website management (Webflow), AI content creation tools, and contact management software experience are preferred
