Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
• Conduct comprehensive sales research to gather information on potential clients, company data, and contact details.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support their data needs.
• Regularly communicate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
