About The Role
This is a key role supporting our Operations and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has a keen attention to detail, is analytically minded with exceptional organisational skills and maintains a high degree of quality across tasks despite a high workload. You will help with everything from managing warehouse tickets and checking goods received against invoices, to uploading products on Shopify and maintaining accurate data. You must love efficient processes inside out and strive to make our business better everyday.

About The Role
This is a key role supporting our Operations and Customer Support teams. You will help with everything from managing warehouse tickets and checking goods received against invoices, to uploading products on Shopify and maintaining accurate data. You must love efficient processes inside out and strive to make our business better everyday.
Key Responsibilities
- PO Creation and Brand Management - Take ownership of brand availability and SKUs by creating and tracking weekly POs. Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain consistent communication with suppliers to manage supply chain expectations.
- Warehouse Coordination: Assist with managing warehouse cases and ensure goods are checked in and booked within the booking SLA. Communicate discrepancies with goods received and ensure they are logged accurately.
- PO & Invoice Management: Verify that goods received match invoices paid by systematically checking Purchase Orders (POs) against invoices, and ensuring the warehouse's inventory aligns with documentation.
- Product Management: Upload new products to Shopify and the warehouse dashboard, and track the status of returns, damaged, and out-of-stock items. Ensure products are listed live on the website as required.
- Reporting: Produce weekly reports on product statuses, including returns, damaged goods, and stock updates. Ensure that product data is kept up-to-date.
- General Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, assisting with various operational tasks and ensuring smooth running of the team's operations.

- Organisational Skills & Attention to Detail: You are highly organised and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is checked and recorded accurately.
- Strong Communication Skills: You can communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships across all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: You have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
