How can you make a difference?
- Receive/ place calls with new and existing customers to renew or sell additional services or products to enhance their lives
- Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
- Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
- Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience
- To be o f legal working age
- At least high school diploma for old curriculum, SHS for new curriculum
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
