Job Summary:
We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join a campaign focused on promoting and selling medical products or healthcare-related solutions. This role involves conducting outbound calls to prospective or existing clients, presenting product benefits, addressing objections, and closing sales in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in telesales or healthcare-related sales, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and convert leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads or existing contacts to promote medical products and generate sales.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or packages tailored to healthcare use cases.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to prospects.
- Handle objections, follow-up on warm leads, and maintain active engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Update CRM or internal systems with accurate and timely customer interactions and outcomes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads, quality analysts, and support teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree preferred; a background in healthcare, life sciences, or business is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO, call center, or healthcare campaign environment.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule depending on campaign hours (US/International market support).
