Job Summary: The Sales Representative will Manage the Sales Cycle Including Discovering Customer Need(s), Articulating and Creating Value, Identifying Customer Budget(s), Handling Objection(s), and Providing Customer(s) with Possible Solution(s) and Asking for the Sale while On the Call. You will Help Identify the Best Solution(s) for Customer(s) as well as Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities Based on Customer Need(s) Utilizing Client Sales Methodology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition Inbound Sales Representative Handling an Average of 50 Call(s) and Email(s) per Day and will Help Drive and Maximize Revenue for the Client by Converting Technology Product Prospect(s) into Actual Customer(s), Identify the Best Solution(s) for Customer(s) as well as Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities Based on Customer Need(s) Utilizing Client Sales Methodology
  • Successfully Manage and Negotiate the Sales Cycle Including Discovering Customer Need(s), Articulating and Creating Value, Identifying Customer Budget(s), Handling Objection(s), and Providing Customer(s) with Possible Solution(s) and Asking for the Sale while On the Call
  • Provide Order-Related Assistance to Customer(s) and Report Web or Client Order System Problem(s) to Client on a Timely Basis, Proactively Search for Answer(s) in an Attempt to Learn and Solve on their Own Before Escalating, Reach Mastery of Product Knowledge and Technical Understanding of Service(s) to Assess Client Requirement(s), Adhere to Agreed Company and Client Standard(s) Regarding Customer Privacy, Confidentiality, and Fraud

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate Minimum (Old or New Curriculum), College Degree Preferred - At least 6 Month(s) of Sales Experience in an Inbound Sales Capacity where Target(s) are Based on Conversion Rate, Quality and Net Promoter Score (NPS), Experience in a High Volume Inbound Calling Environment Including Critical Time Management, Prior Experience and Success in Achievement of Personal and Team Sales Quota(s) and Goal(s)
  • Excellent Conversational English - Verbal Communication, Listening, and Comprehension Skills, Proven Ability to Understand and Converse about Consumer Technology
