Sales Recruitment and Training Officer (Likha Residences VisMin)

Job Specification:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences such as management and business studies, Psychology or Human Resource.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge in property development and real estate industry.
• Good oral and written communication skills, advanced presentation skills.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with Sales team to identify staffing needs and to understand job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the overall recruitment process.
• Design, implement, and manage sellers Product Knowledge Seminars, and training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of the sellers.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new sellers, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Develop and deliver orientation programs to introduce new sellers to the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
