Daily Allowance: 250 PHP

What You’ll Do:

- Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Candidate Engagement: Help maintain strong communication with applicants, providing timely updates and follow-ups.

- Administrative Tasks: Manage recruitment databases, prepare reports, and keep candidate records up-to-date.

- Contribute to Employer Branding: Assist in initiatives that showcase CTP as a top employer in Bacolod.

What We’re Looking For:

- Current College Student or fresh graduate, ideally from Psychology, Business, HR Management, or any related field.

- Good Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Enthusiastic Learner: A passion for HR and willingness to dive into various tasks.
