This is for a fast-growing, celebrity-owned protein snack brand in the U.S. redefining what snacking can be — clean, craveable, and packed with protein. Backed by seasoned CPG operators, our client is scaling rapidly with national retail distribution and bold innovation.
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving efficiency and accuracy across the sales function. You’ll own the systems, reporting, and operational processes that keep the sales organization running smoothly, enabling the team to focus on growth and execution.

Key Responsibilities
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving efficiency and accuracy across the sales function. You’ll own the systems, reporting, and operational processes that keep the sales organization running smoothly, enabling the team to focus on growth and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trade spend documentation, customer contracts, and deductions.
- Maintain accuracy of sales tools, pipeline reporting, and dashboards.
- Support account teams with sell-in decks, pricing sheets, and new item setup forms.
- Partner with Finance on deduction resolution, trade reconciliations, and promotional tracking.
- Identify process gaps and implement tools to improve efficiency across sales operations.
- Train and support sales team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or trade management (CPG snacks strongly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and ERP systems.
- Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- Must be willing to work night shift Philippine time (details will be provided and schedule may still change, so we need someone who can adjust as needed).
- Must be able to commit exclusively to this full-time role with no outside part-time or full-time employment, as this position supports a high-value client.
