About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Operations Lead to take ownership of sales effectiveness, helping our sales team focus on what matters most: closing deals and delivering value.
As the Sales Operations Lead, you will be responsible for optimizing the sales team’s efficiency by streamlining lead generation processes, managing effective communication strategies, and creating sales collateral. Your goal is to ensure that the sales team spends maximum time on high-value sales activities and less on administrative tasks. In this role, you will be key in ensuring that the sales process is smooth and aligned with our overall mission.
What you’ll do
- Take Ownership of Sales Effectiveness:
- Streamline lead generation processes, ensuring high-quality leads enter the pipeline and are managed efficiently.
- Set up effective communications strategies and create sales collateral that drives engagement and enhances the sales team’s performance.
- Ensure effective project management of sales initiatives, helping the sales team stay organized and on track to close deals.
- Sales Pitch Follow-up:
- Owns the follow-up process after sales pitches, ensuring clear and effective communication with potential clients to guide them through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick and accurate responses to client inquiries, reinforcing Omnistream’s value.
- Closing Process Involvement:
- Support the closing process by assisting with business case modeling, negotiations and managing proposal terms.
- Thought Leadership:
- Monitor industry trends and produce content such as whitepapers and blogs that position Omnistream as a leader in retail and AI-driven solutions.
- Use these insights to generate leads and drive engagement with potential clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure customer demos and solutions align with their expectations.
- Collaborate with product development, and customer success to ensure sales operations are in sync with overall business goals.

What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in consulting, sales operations, and project management, with experience in a fast-paced environment. Communications and PR background is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating sales materials and thought leadership content. Competent and confident to work with Csuite - proactive, takes initiative, and able to hold discussions with Csuite based on logic and reasoning
- Love of tech: do you experiment with ChatGPT and efficiency tools in your spare time? Can you speak tech?
- Intellectual Curiosity: A passion for solving problems from first principles and a drive to constantly learn and improve.
- Can work flexibly and be available to overlap with other time zones as needed to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for C-suite executives and other team members.
- Capable of working effectively in a remote work setup.
