The position is primarily responsible in assisting the Associate Business Partner Director and Marketing Team in the day-to-day requirements such as processing and monitoring of reports, travel and meeting arrangement, tender bids documents preparation, records management and performing the necessary office procedures inherent to the position. Sales Operations Assistant 1 acts as property custodian of the Getz Healthcare team, ERP Access, Petty Cash, Office Supply Management and acts as Team lead of the Sales Operations Assistants.

Experience(s): Minimum one (1) year of administrative work experience in a corporate setting, freshers are welcome to apply.
Specific Knowledge: Computer Software Operations, Business Correspondence, Office Procedures, Records Keeping, Guest Relations
Job Responsibilities
- Processes weekly expense reports, promo synopses, cash advances, liquidations, requests for payments, delivery receipts of the Associate Business Partner Director Office and Marketing Team.
- Prepares purchase orders for admin and marketing requirements such as office supplies, marketing collaterals, price proposals to customers.
- Arranges travel and accommodation requirements of the Medtech team in coordination with the Office of the General Manager/Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
- Arranges meeting requirements including venue reservations, food and other logistical requirements.
- Organizes, maintains and safe keeps of all business documents such promo synopses, price list, price proposals, incoming and outgoing documents, promo materials and other pertinent documents.
- Acts custodian and Team lead for the following: ERP Access, Petty Cash, Office Supply Management and property.
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
