This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an Sales Operations Analyst
Sales Operations Analyst a data-driven professional who works to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. They are the analytical backbone of the sales department, helping to bridge the gap between sales strategy and day-to-day execution. A sales operations analyst's core mission is to optimize sales processes, systems, and data to drive sustainable revenue growth. They provide sales leaders with the insights needed to make informed, data-driven decisions instead of relying on intuition
The role involves a variety of tasks centered on data analysis and process improvement
Desired Qualifications:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources, such as SFDC, Tableau and large excel files. They will create reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) (Examples include: conversions, win rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline contribution), and present their findings to sales teams and senior management
- Sales Forecasting: A crucial part of the job is developing and refining sales forecasts. Using historical data and pipeline analysis. The analyst will help predict future revenue/lead conversion volume, which will be used to inform business planning and strategy
- Process Optimization: The analyst will evaluate existing sales processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. They will then recommend and implement changes to streamline workflows and improve productivity through various projects and initiatives they partner with cross functional teams to achieve
- CRM Management: They will be responsible for maintaining the team roster and updates to the various sales tools to ensure data is accurate and complete
- Compensation and Territory Planning: They will be involved in designing sales territories, roles and responsibilities for appropriate coverage and creating incentive or compensation plans to motivate the sales team
- Ticket Request Management: They will be responsible for prompt responses to daily sales requests to ensure teams are well supported and working in the most efficient manner
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to logically dissect problems, interpret complex data, and derive meaningful insights is essential
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, data visualization tools (ie. Tableau), and SFDC software are a must. Experience with SQL, Outreach, ConnectandSell, Drift, Regie.ai and database management is a plus
- Communication: Analysts must be able to clearly articulate their findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, from frontline sales reps to executives
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, in any industry is preferred
- 1-2 years minimum experience working with sales teams and generating reports is a must
Desired Qualifications:
- Organization skills and Time Management - Organized, with good time management and prioritization. A true self starter, who works effectively on their own initiative. Highly committed, demonstrating patience, enthusiasm and energetic approach to the role
- Customer Service and Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, with a high customer service focus
- Collaboration - Ability to collaborate across multiple functions with customer service mentality. Ability to build trusting relationships whilst working remotely. Collaborative team player with effective team working skills, and the ability to work independently as required
- Analytical and Reporting skills - Ability to generate reports and using Excel (vlookup, pivots etc) for a key sales leaders on a recurring basis, also responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis. Highly proficient in MS Office suite - especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Willing to work on night shift
- Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
