The Admin Support Officer Assists the Admin Support Officer in Releasing Payment, Bookkeeping, Operations, Reportorial Requirements and Admin Support to the Group.

  • Review and Authorizes Payment Requests of the Group
  • Assists the Admin Officer in Monitoring & Responding to float items & accounting referrals
  • Manages the preparation of Required Reports by the Business units
  • Assists the Admin officer in providing Admin Support and other regulatory requirements
  • Works with the Admin Officer in implementing projects to improve operational process & increase cost efficiency base on company guidelines and policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, Business Management or any related course
  • At least 3 years of relevant exposure in bank accounting and taxation
  • Background in Banking, Financial Management and administrative functions
