- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales agents.
- Promote financing products and services tailored for car buyers.
- Provide clients with complete information about loan terms, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Receive and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform preliminary credit screening based on company policies.
- Coordinate with credit evaluation and risk teams for approval processes.
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to disbursement.
- Address inquiries, concerns, or disputes related to used car financing.
- Ensure all submitted documents are valid, complete, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in auto loan financing, preferably in used car loans or banking.
- Familiarity with credit processes and financial products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing software is an advantage.
