This is a critical role—your success will directly shape the productivity and performance of our front-line reps as we scale our acquisition engine. What You’ll Do:We’re hiring an experienced, data-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing outbound sales team. This is a critical role—your success will directly shape the productivity and performance of our front-line reps as we scale our acquisition engine. You’ll need to love coaching, be relentless about funnel metrics, and bring deep experience managing cold call-focused sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound sales reps focused on new customer acquisition
- Use funnel data and KPI dashboards to identify coaching opportunities and performance gaps
- Build scalable, high-impact routines for training, 1:1s, call reviews, and performance management
- Own hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of new reps
- Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and playbooks as we grow
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or transactional B2B environments
- 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying sales reps—especially in outbound/cold call sales
- Passion for coaching and a proven ability to improve rep performance through structured, data-driven feedback
- Deep comfort with CRM reports and KPIs; you should know your funnel and where to coach
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Business-level English fluency (spoken and written)
- Ability to work night shift hours (2:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT)
