Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target government agencies and LGUs nationwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and LGUs.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with governmental bodies.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, challenges, and needs within the public sector.
- Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with government clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of government contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and funding opportunities that impact sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities related to government sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the public sector or with LGUs.
- Proven track record of successful relationship building and account management with government clients.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
