Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target government agencies and LGUs nationwide.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and LGUs.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with governmental bodies.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, challenges, and needs within the public sector.
  • Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with government clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of government contracts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and funding opportunities that impact sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities related to government sales.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the public sector or with LGUs.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building and account management with government clients.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and funding mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
