We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our Eco Segment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on sustainable products and services, driving growth while championing eco-friendly practices.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Eco Segment.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the eco sector.
Promote sustainable practices within the organization and among customers.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and engagement.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the eco or sustainability sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passionate about sustainability and environmental responsibility.
