About the role

As a Sales Executive - Heavy Equipment at Sany Philippines INC., you will be responsible for driving sales of the company's state-of-the-art heavy equipment solutions to customers across Davao City and Davao del Sur. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and expansion in the region. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads for Sany's heavy equipment products
• Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Sany's equipment
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed your individual and team sales targets
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to enhance your sales expertise

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry
• Strong understanding of the local Davao City and Davao del Sur markets and the needs of construction, mining, and infrastructure clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset to deliver tailored solutions
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis to track and optimize sales performance
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required
