As Sales Executive, your role involves developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and cultivate long-term relationships with them; focus on identifying sales opportunities, negotiating sales deals, and achieving desired target profit through effective account management, best customer experience and lead generation activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  1. Research accounts, generate sales leads, and utilize various sales methods to successfully close deals.
  2. Responsible for opening new accounts based on the corresponding area of assignment.
  3. Ensure meeting of sales targets responsibly.
  4. Travel expansively within sales territory to regularly visit both potential and existing customers.
  5. Manage and grow client databases in the designated territory.
  6. Assist customers with ordering information and configurations, provide quotations based on customer requirements, and ensure timely follow-ups as needed.
  7. Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication post-order, ensuring satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns that arise.
  8. Generate sales forecasts, formulate sales strategies, assess their effectiveness, and track progress towards objectives.
  9. Collect and submit customer credit applications promptly to the Credit and Collection Analyst for processing.

FILING AND REPORTING MANAGEMENT

  1. Maintain and update customer information database as needed.
  2. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, as well as reports on lost sales, sales forecasts for assigned territories, and potential customers to immediate Superior.
  3. Provide Weekly Itinerary Report (WIR) and Weekly Activity Report (WAR) to immediate Superior.
  4. Submit Weekly Fuel Card Monitoring and Revolving Cash Fund Report to Accounting through immediate Superior for approval.
  5. Monitor individual sales performance, including margins and volume.

OTHERS

  1. Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry trends.
  2. Provide professional after-sales support.
  3. Ensure all process timelines are met and up to date

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in any business-related course, e.g. Marketing, Management, Financial Management, Communication Management
  • Have undergone trainings and seminars related to the job (e.g. salesmanship trainings, negotiation workshops, CRM software training, etc.)
  • At least 3 year(s) of work experience as a sales representative or other sales or customer service position or job is a pre-requisite
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Preferably with proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Must be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • With outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • With good customer care skills
  • With good written and verbal English
  • Must have accuracy and attention to detail
  • With good organizational skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
