Sales Director

The role involves managing and motivating a sales team, identifying market opportunities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to meet the company’ s
revenue goals, including long-term sales planning and forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing
training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about
industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Maintain relationships with key clients, negotiate major contracts,
and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Telco/ICT related field .
- 35 years below, 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in Telco/IT industry, experience in Promotexter or Synermaxx will plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation tactics, and account
management.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies that align with
business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present
to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers,
partners, and internal teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
