Role Overview:

As an SDR, you will be generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and wants to work at an early-stage growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers within our ICP.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • End goal is to book platform demos with decision-makers to drive Thera's growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and booking meetings via outbound outreach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and outbound sales techniques.
