Position: Executive Assistant

Working Hours: Full time, Singaporean Timezone (Philippine Standard Time)

Salary Range: USD 1,000 - USD 1,500/ month

About The Client

The client is a nutritionist and presenter dedicated to enhancing nutrition literacy and helping individuals develop a healthy, guilt-free relationship with both food and their bodies.

About The Role

  • This person will be the founder's right hand person, and her eyes and ears for all things related to the organization. They will ensure everything behind-the-scenes runs like clockwork.
  • They will be providing administrative support to our executive team and making sure that all business matters are in order, should be on top of everything as client wears many hats (a nutritionist, a host, a content creator, TV personality)
  • We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented to provide administrative support to our executive team.
  • The ideal candidate is resourceful and reliable, someone to be the GPS of the company. They will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • It is preferred that the candidate is based in Singapore, but the organization is open to any other countries within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the founder's calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Respond to incoming emails (client enquiries, event invites, etc)
  • Manage administrative documents (invoicing, contracts, etc)
  • Update the company website
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Input drafted content into company templates
  • Maintain confidential files and records with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Highly organized and very detailed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Canva, and other relevant software
  • Basic experience in Notion would be a bonus
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be ready to start on December 3rd or 10th
