Why this role exists
The SDR role is critical for enriching and qualifying our client's lead database to support their targeted marketing campaigns. With an existing list of business owners and locations requiring additional contact information, this position will drive value by conducting thorough research and outreach to gather crucial data that enables effective campaign execution and business development initiatives.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Database Enhancement
- Research and verify contact information for existing business owners
- Conduct outbound calls to gather missing information
- Update and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system
- Qualify potential leads through research and direct outreach
- Schedule appointments if/when required by the client
- Document all contact attempts and outcomes
- Maintain organized records in Excel and CRM
- Ensure data quality and completeness
- Create regular progress reports on database enrichment
- Identify patterns in successful contact strategies
- Contribute to the refinement of research methodologies
- Suggest improvements to data collection processes
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B lead generation experience with a focus on research and data enrichment
- Experience with outbound calling for information-gathering purposes
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Experience working with CRM systems (Monday.com experience is a plus)
- Track record of maintaining high data quality standards
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

- Monday to Friday, flexible between 8 AM to 7 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 30-40 hours a week
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
- Initial 1-month project with the possibility of extension
