Why this role exists
As our client's healthcare facilities face increasing demands for efficient and effective solutions, they're expanding their sales support team to better serve their growing customer base. This Sales Development Representative role is vital to their mission of connecting healthcare providers with innovative solutions that improve patient care environments. You'll be the crucial first point of contact for both existing and potential clients, helping them discover solutions that meet their specific needs.
The Impact you’ll make
Customer Outreach and Development
- Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to prospect new customers
- Conduct strategic follow-ups with dormant accounts
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare facility decision-makers
- Identify potential opportunities within our target market
- Provide detailed product information and answers to customer inquiries
- Process and manage purchase orders efficiently
- Help customers identify the right solutions for their needs
- Support the sales team with product knowledge-sharing
- Maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM
- Manage email communications and campaigns
- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process
- Generate and track sales documentation
Required:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
- Proven track record of successful phone-based sales
- Experience with healthcare facility purchasing processes
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations
- Understanding of medical products (preferred)
- Knowledge of the floor care industry (preferred)
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Exceptional phone communication abilities

- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday, 10AM to 2PM CST
- 4 hours a day
- 20 hours a week
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
